I’m a 3rd generation tea drinker, and I absolutely love teas and tisanes! I was introduced to black and herbal teas as well as tisanes as a child, and cannot remember a time when I didn’t drink tea! My love of tea led me to a purposed expansion of my “tea palate”. I started drinking  teas and tisanes from various countries and continents, experimenting with various combinations. That expanding palate paved the way for me to begin blending teas and creating comforting blends that soothed my soul and spirit. It’s my desire to share my love of teas with you,  that has led to me to found The Teatotaler Company.

The Teatotaler Company is an online tea room and shop that specializes in loose teas and tisanes with ingredients primarily from Africa. At present, the teas offered come from Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Morocco, and South Africa. Starting with teas and tisanes, more options will be introduced as the Company grows. Our teas and tisanes are lovingly created, hand-blended, and packaged when ordered.
